STORY JOURNEYS / STORYTELLING PROGRAMS
I am a passionate bilingual (English and Spanish) storyteller. I learn stories through reading and/or listening to folk tales and re-imagining them from my own perspective. They are appropriate for audiences ages five to 99+, with universal themes that even the most sophisticated thinker will appreciate. But I never take the imagination out so that the youngest listeners can participate.

My stories come from everywhere, but I specialize in telling stories from Latin American, African, Caribbean, and African-American cultures.

1. Learn Spanish and English phrases with my bilingual stories.
2. Experience world cultures through a thoughtful, exciting performance.
3. Participate in my stories by singing, answering questions, guessing what will happen next.
4. Leave with positive images of characters including strong women and caring men.
5. Sit back, relax, and have fun!
